Terms for purchases from the Jamie GZ Studio shop.

Orders and Payment

Payments are processed securely by Stripe. An order is accepted after payment is confirmed. We may cancel and refund an order if an item becomes unavailable or a material pricing or order error is discovered.

Product Information

We aim to describe products accurately. Soft goods and hand-measured dimensions may vary slightly, and colours may appear differently across screens.

Delivery

Tracked standard shipping is included for the destinations offered at checkout. Delivery estimates are not guarantees. See our Shipping Information.

Returns and Problems

See our Returns & Replacements policy. Nothing in these terms limits consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
