Change of Mind

Because each item is sourced in small batches for your order, we do not generally accept change-of-mind returns or refunds.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, contact us within 14 days of delivery. Please include your order email and clear photos. We will arrange a replacement or another appropriate resolution.
